Boosting Your Energy: Essential Elements to Include in Your Routine on Low Energy Days

Low energy days are common and unavoidable. If you are not feeling high on energy, there are things that you cannot do but that doesn’t mean that you need to be sad about it or sit and do nothing about it. There are a lot of things you can do and accomplish on a low energy day without feeling stressed and strained.

For me, it generally happens in my late luteal phase and trust me, there are times when I just want to netflix and chill (nothing wrong with it on some days). But still, if you don’t move or do something about it, the energy level goes even lower making things worse.

So, here is a list of things you can do to boost your energy (even if it is just a little).

Prioritize Rest and Sleep

When you’re feeling low on energy, it’s crucial to prioritize rest and ensure you’re getting enough sleep.
