100 ways to relax

You need only one but hey which ‘one’ depends on the kind of day you’re having.

Let’s start with an usual list if things I like:

  1. Write a list of things that are worrying you, make an aeroplane out of it and fly it in the air or just burn the list.
  2. Re-read a book that always makes you feel all the feels.
  3. Sit and do a body scan.
  4. Listen to a sleep story during the day time. It won’t put you to sleep but it will make you feel relaxed.
  5. Make dalgona coffee. (Remember the lockdown days?)
  6. Try a steam eye mask. You can find one on Amazon/ Miniso.
  7. Light some candles, make some tea and read with lofi music in the background.
  8. Clean. Deep clean. Do dishes. Dust and wipe the surfaces.
