But I believe there are a lot of small improvements that we can make in our lives to upgrade the quality of our life.
Over the past few years I have made following changes:
- Working out regularly.
- Having breakfast every single day.
- Meditating regularly.
- Journaling.
- Staying hydrated.
- Thinking twice before buying things. Do I need it? Do I really need it? Will it make me happy?
- Enjoying leisure downtime.
- Reading everyday.
There are more but I would say that these are the top 8 things.
