24 small changes that will make you happier, healthier and wealthier

The idea of this post came from one of the daily prompt from wordpress. The prompt is:

What’s one small improvement you can make in your life?

But I believe there are a lot of small improvements that we can make in our lives to upgrade the quality of our life.

Over the past few years I have made following changes:

  1. Working out regularly.
  2. Having breakfast every single day.
  3. Meditating regularly.
  4. Journaling.
  5. Staying hydrated.
  6. Thinking twice before buying things. Do I need it? Do I really need it? Will it make me happy?
  7. Enjoying leisure downtime.
  8. Reading everyday.

There are more but I would say that these are the top 8 things.
