You know how something you see, hear, touch, feel or sense suddenly fills you with energy…. something that gives you a boost, a thrust, charges you… those are energy givers.
Now, there are a lot of energy givers AND energy drainers all around us and it is important to touch energy givers and dodge energy drainers.
