I started my day today with Daily Jay section of my calm app. It’s possibly one of the simplest guided meditations available out there. After I was done, I suddenly had a rush of creative ideas in my head including my 31 day long mental health blog series. Since I already posted “31 ways of showing love to yourself this month“, I can just build on it 💃🏽

So, today we are doing 30 Simple Ways to Boost Your Mental Health and Well-Being and then tomorrow we will do something with 29 and so on.

I know that when you see a list, not every idea or tip or whatever it is resonates with you and that’s why when there are more options, you can choose the things that do speak to you.
