How to start your own #ProjectJOMO

Once you have understood what is JOMO it is time to start your own #ProjectJOMO.

I have designed a 105 days of JOMO project for myself to start with.

These 105 days are divided into 5 X 21 days. That means I will be focusing on 5 major things during this time period and practice JOMO to work towards these goals.

The broad categories for me are:

  1. Energy boosting (Health)
  2. Declutter (Make space for more)
  3. Miss out the bads (Relationship)
  4. Be better (Challenge self)
  5. Increase focus (Career and leisure)

You can have your own set of goals and then can add types of JOMOs for each section.

Example: For my very first goal Energy boosting I have added the following tasks:

  • Miss out on extra sugar.
  • Miss out on extra screentime.
  • Miss out on one junk food.
  • Miss out on couch time and move.
  • Miss out on mindlessness and meditate.

Now I need a tracker to make sure that I’m doing all this for which you can use any tracking app/ excel or just good old pen and paper.
