Once you have understood what is JOMO it is time to start your own #ProjectJOMO.
I have designed a 105 days of JOMO project for myself to start with.
These 105 days are divided into 5 X 21 days. That means I will be focusing on 5 major things during this time period and practice JOMO to work towards these goals.
The broad categories for me are:
- Energy boosting (Health)
- Declutter (Make space for more)
- Miss out the bads (Relationship)
- Be better (Challenge self)
- Increase focus (Career and leisure)
You can have your own set of goals and then can add types of JOMOs for each section.
Example: For my very first goal Energy boosting I have added the following tasks:
- Miss out on extra sugar.
- Miss out on extra screentime.
- Miss out on one junk food.
- Miss out on couch time and move.
- Miss out on mindlessness and meditate.
Now I need a tracker to make sure that I’m doing all this for which you can use any tracking app/ excel or just good old pen and paper.
